BTA detailed the work launched by the three administrations for smart and sustainable local services following the partnership agreement.
The report describes planned digital infrastructure, smart local services and digital-skills activities in Targovishte, Lüleburgaz and Tomai. The project is intended to strengthen cross-border exchange and institutional capacity.
