The full title of the project is “Smart Local Services for a Sustainable Future” and it is carried out under reference BSB01183. The procurement dossier defines components such as corporate identity design, website/mobile development, communication materials, and a smart management system for Lüleburgaz/Kırklareli/Türkiye.

The main objective of the e-Local platform is to gather news, announcements, events, project outputs, and citizen feedback in one place and turn them into a clear digital touchpoint.

Through multilingual content, the platform aims to improve access to information for target groups in the Black Sea Basin, including Türkiye, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, and Georgia.
