Na Megdana reported that representatives of Targovishte, Lüleburgaz and Tomai signed the project partnership agreement on 22 July 2025.
The agreement formalised joint work by the three local administrations on digitalisation and smart services. Its objective is to improve the efficiency, transparency and sustainability of public services while strengthening cross-border cooperation.
