On 31 July 2025, Targovishte Municipal Council approved co-financing for the cross-border digitalisation project under e-Local.
BTA reports an overall project value of about EUR 500,000 and a planned own contribution of EUR 16,917 from Targovishte. The decision also confirms that assets acquired through the project will remain municipal property.
