Bulgarian media reported the approval of Targovishte’s project for smart technologies and digital public services.
The report states that the project will be implemented by Targovishte, Lüleburgaz and Tomai in Moldova, with Targovishte developing digital components such as GIS infrastructure, mobile notifications and municipal document management.
