BTA reported on 15 April 2025 that Targovishte’s digitalisation and smart-technology project had been approved.
The BTA report says the project will be implemented by Targovishte, Lüleburgaz and Tomai, with an integrated GIS, personalised mobile notifications and improved municipal document-management functions planned for Targovishte.
